Netanel Katz, aka “Simcha on Wheels” is a rising star in the Jewish entertainment world. For his Bar Mitzvah Chesed project Netanel donned a clown costume, jumped on an ugly red tricycle and became known as the guy to run your car parade in the Bergen County community. He raised thousands of dollars for Tomchei Shabbos of Bergen county, started his own Instagram account and now has over 15,000 adoring fans who follow his every move.
